A quick move-in home is a new home where Capstone Homes has already made the structural selections and obtained permits. Because much of the early planning and approval process is complete, these homes have a significantly shorter move-in timeline.
Quick move-in homes are often already under construction, often at or past framing so you can see the layout. They may also be fully completed with professionally selected finishes. These types of homes are an excellent option for those who want a brand-new home without the longer build timeline or want to make numerous design decisions.

All Capstone Homes communities are part of a Homeowners Association (HOA). An HOA helps manage and care for the overall neighborhood. Membership is required, and dues are typically minimal and used to cover maintenance and services.
The HOA maintains common areas such as entrance landscaping and areas between sidewalks and streets. In some communities, this may also include parks or shared amenities. HOAs also help maintain community standards related to home appearance, yard care, noise, and general upkeep, helping keep neighborhoods attractive and well cared for.
